Long Awaited Post

So it's been a while since I've posted anything and to be honest...I did have trouble getting decent pics/motivation to write this. Anyhow, I've started to use my phone camera since pics with my normal cam turns out really grainy and ugly for some reason.

So here we goooooo~

New 52 Harley Quinn Cover Girl
So it seems Starfire was the last of the original Cover Girls and Raven was the start of the new ones with environment bases...I'm not a big fan of the New 52 CGs. None of them look nice apart from Harley. I hated WW's pose, Catwoman looked 50 and Poison Ivy just looked manly & creepy. Sadly, I don't think I'll be collecting anymore of these, unless they start making ones in the old style again :c

I got this beauty today as a Christmas present from my bf ♥

^ I loved this extra touch so much.

SDCC 2012 Exclusive - DC Polly Pocket Villains

These were just too cute to ignore. Since I wasn't going to SDCC (or won't be for a long time -sniff-), I had to buy one off ebay for more than what they originally sold for :(

Anyhow, here's my little cuties:
The box they came in was so cute; unfortunately you effectively had to take it apart to get them out D:

The outer box ^

Inner box ^

That slides open and were attached to the box.

FLASH!

NO FLASH!

On the sides of the box.

NO FLASH!
(better pics of the dollies one day)

I'm still debating if I want to bring them to work with me. I'm just insanely paranoid someone will steal them - even though nobody has stolen my other stuff yet.

Zombie Survival Kits

I'm a big Zombie fan. I LOVEEEE Zombie games (L4D being my absolute favorite) and when I first spotted the "Zombie Survival Box" that someone had created, I knew I had to have one too. Unfortunately, most shops won't ship replica guns to Canada, and the ones sold within Canada are more than I wanted to pay. Thus I had to make my own~

I always wanted a shotgun but had to resort to using the replica I bought in Japan (Desert Eagle - for the above reasoning). Next hard part was finding the shadowbox. After a couple of months of searching I eventually found one big enough to fit the gun. And voila! My own kit was made.

It's fine for now, though I do feel like something is missing.

And now for my goodies part :D

I've found a couple of adorable kit necklaces on etsy.
First up:

Shop: DVLovelace

I had found these a couple of months earlier than when I bought them - they had been removed from the shop and thankfully the seller still had some when I asked about them. I got a good deal on them since there is paint stains on 2 of them but other than that they're perfect. And heavy too.

-----

Bigger and more detailed than the others - it definitely has it's own unique charm. I was a little iffy on how the metal box is (sort of looking like bent tinfoil all over the place) but after a wearing it out, I love it :)

-----

I know I promised Harley next - she's definitely coming up since I recently got my Black Milk leggings :3

Dr Who-Day.

Now I'm not a major fan of Dr Who, I enjoy the few episodes I've seen but other than that it's not part of my majorfandomness. Anyhow, today I decided to spoil my boyfriend with the Tardis Cookie Jar and it got me thinking...what other adorable Tardis things are out there? And of course I turned to my trusty Etsy.

A little steep in price at 70$ but it IS hand made. It's also pretty darn adorable.

-----

Handmade Lolita dress for 115$. They have some other ones that are equally cute.

-----

I'm fairly picky with my jewelry and this Tardis necklace has the perfect amount of subtleness to it, without being TOO abstract. And for 10$ it's not bad either =p

-----

An absolutely ADORABLE handmade purse! (for 180$)

-----

Got your picture taken with a Dr Who star? This frame might add a cute touch to it (for 10$).
